Someone very dear to me, sent me this in a moment when I felt defeated and fed up, when I could not find the way out. It made sense instantly, this is why is important to talk to one's "support group". These people know stuff that I can not see, like in the exercise of the "Johari window", they see the "blind spot" of me. I am human, and because I am a counselor does not mean, I have all the answers. My only advantage is that I learn techniques and I use the tools on my self first, when the "experiment" shows positive outcomes, then change happens; which then allows me to grow more and understand a bit more about life.
